The face behind FOCUS
Hi! I'm Véronique da Silva, the owner and main photographer at Focus Inc. I have been photographing professionally for over 15 years, specializing in lifestyle images for commercial use. My career as a photographer began in the bustling streets and eclectic social backdrop of my beautiful hometown of Montreal. Following my studies, I had the privilege to benefit from several years of hands-on mentoring and instruction from some of Canada's top commercial portrait and fashion photographers. I relocated to the Canadian West Coast in 2005, where I presently live and work. When not behind the lens or creating, you can find me exploring life with my husband and playing with our children, on the yoga mat, or cooking up a storm. Other interests include laughing uncontrollably, singing loudly to cheesy 80's songs, chocolate, string instruments, all things design and knitting. Important to note - realllyyyy awful at pop culture trivia, but I am really good at taking images! Let me be your photographer!
